As a result of the winning of the Françoise van den Bosch Award 2006 Karl Fritsch (Munich) decided to make a book – an idea which was running through his mind for some time. The works of more than a decade from this young enfant terrible German goldsmith, also known as ”Lord of the Rings”. Now the book is finished and will be presented at Gallery Ra in the presence of the artist and the publisher.
A two meter long skeleton of a sea-eel, adorned with a hundred rings by Karl Fritsch will add lustre to the event + a special edition of 9 with a ring (gold / diamond).
