Statement

MATERIALIZED EXPERIENCES
When something special happens in my life, or in my surrounding, it will probably show in my work. Not as clear symbols or as a theme, more as a tone, as a hint.

FLOW
The core of my artistic process is the creative flow. I try to clear my mind from thoughts on goals I should reach; I accept that I will make mistakes, and that things could turn out quite banal. I trigger an avalanche of impulses and choices, seemingly uncontrolled by my intellect.

FREE FROM EXPECTATIONS
My key to getting this flow started is to free myself from expectations. To ignore the demands I have on myself to reach a successful result. I focus on the present, on what I have in my hands and what I feel it should evolve into.

METAMORPHOSIS
My objects might be hard to get a grip on with logic . They seem to show traces of different influences and give hints about what I was surrounded of when I made them, yet the creative process works as a kind of filter
